The larger of the two theatres, the 982-seat Hart Theatre, is equipped for nearly every form of concert, theatrical or corporate presentation. The 450-seat Swyer Theatre is ideal for small presentations, musical groups, individual performers and intimate theatrical presentations. The spectacular Hart Lounge is a semi-circular space of 10,000 square feet with high ceilings and curved, slanting walls suitable for receptions.

Both the Hart and Swyer Theatres offer superb sound and lighting systems and an easily accessible loading area. Additionally, you'll find comfortable seating, convenient free parking and total handicapped-accessibility.

When you rent The Egg, we tailor our services to your needs. We can also facilitate catering. Rental options include the Hart Theatre and Lounge, the Lounge alone and the Swyer Theatre and/or Lounge. We also rent classroom and rehearsal spaces. You'll find our prices competitive, too, with special rates available for not-for-profit groups.
