The second part of the program will be the CD Release performance of composer "Mary Childs’":http://www.maryellenchilds.com new work, Dream House. This 14-movement piece serves as a commentary on cycles of time, rhythms of work, and the intertwined nature of destruction and creation. The live performance will feature Ethel surrounded by time-lapsed and real-time video imagery as well as a montage of pre-recorded and manipulated destruction and construction sounds created by Neverwas.
