Join The Egg’s inaugural Seat Naming Campaign and leave a lasting tribute in our iconic performing arts center. When The Egg reopens after renovations in 2026, a plaque with your personalized engraving will be waiting for you on a brand new seat as a part of this exciting legacy.

Donors giving $1,000 (Benefactor) or $500 (Supporter) may “name” a seat with a personalized message engraved onto a plaque, mounted on the armrest of their selected seat in either theatre, Kitty Carlisle Hart Theatre (larger theatre) or Lewis A. Swyer Theatre (smaller theatre).

Plaques will remain in place for 10 or 5 years, respectively, unless renewed. Your inscription can honor someone special, mark a milestone or favorite performance, share an inspiring quote, or offer words that echo your love for the arts. Your plaque will remain a visible testament to your love of the arts, woven into The Egg’s distinct and inspiring character.

We’re also giving away a FREE engraved seat plaque (valued at $500) as part of this Seat Naming Campaign Fundraiser! Submit your best “egg” joke, pun, turn-of-phrase, favorite Egg memory, or otherwise witty idea that will be mounted on a seat in the Hart Theatre for the next five years.

Submissions will close Friday, August 15, 2025 at midnight. The winner will also get a complimentary Egg Tote Bag stuffed with other Egg merch.
